As I told you the other day, Saturday I’ve spent the entire day near Florence with some of the sweetest persons I ever met.
Do you know that kind of feeling when you meet a person for the first time but it seem like it’s one of your all time friend? This is what I felt.

Come mi avevo annunciato l’altro giorno, Sabato ho trascorso l’intera giornata con alcune delle persone più dolci che io abbia mai conosciuto.
Avete presente quella sensazione che a volte si prova incontrando qualcuno per la prima volta e sentendolo amico da sempre? Ecco, questo è cio’ che ho provato io.

Valdirose, a charming Bed & Breakfast.
A wonderful old villa that used to be her house when she was young, but few years ago the house has been totally renovated by her father and transformed in this charming B&B.

Irene è stata la fantastica padrona di casa che ci ha ospitate tutte nel suo meraviglioso
Valdirose, un Bed & Breakfast da favola. Si tratta di una meravigliosa vecchia villa che per tanti anni è stata la sua casa, poi qualche anno fa è stata completamente ristrutturata dal babbo di Irene e trasformata in questo incantevole B&B.
Irene has so many things in common with me, one of them is absolutely the love and obsession for details. In fact, she set a wonderful tablescape full of charming details!
I am still soo excited and happy for that day. More than a month ago we decided to organize this reunion and finally the day has arrived! I am sure that this is only the firs one of a long series…

Irene ha diverse cose in comune con me e certamente una di queste è l’amore e l’ossessione per i dettagli. Infatti ha allestito una tavola veramente splendida e piena di incantevoli dettagli!
Sono ancora così emozionata e contenta per questa splendida giornata! Più di un mese fa si era deciso di organizzare questa reunion e finalmente il giorno è arrivato. Ma sono certa che sarà solo la prima di una lunga serie….

Per ora è abbastanza! Potrei andare avanti a mostrarvi foto della giornata per ore ed ore, ho scattato davvero moltissime foto! Mi piacerebbe mostrarvi qualcosina in più anche domani mattina….ci sono ancora parecchie cose da vedere!
