Charming Tuscany
What a beautiful weekend! I spent two days in Versilia in the northwestern part of Tuscany with my boy and some friends. We had a lot of fun! We had two wonderful days of sunshine.
We walked a lot through these pretty towns. We visited Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, etc…
Pietrasanta is so beautiful! Is a historic town with notable monuments mainly contained in the magnificent Piazza del Duomo and also important centre for the artistic working of marble.
Forte dei Marmi since many years is a seaside resort appreciated by artists, writers and prominent people from the industrial and financial world for luxurious secluded villas set amid delighful gardens and parks.
Viareggio is know as the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea”….how many charming places…
